Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on \"Order\" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We currently do not accept credit card payment, but intend to add this facility later this year. However we do have a PayPal account so this is an excellent method of buying our Pistons. We welcome cheques payable to Kitek Ltd. Send to; Kitek Ltd, Ingham, Lincoln, LN1 2YW, England, UK. NOTE: if outside the UK we require an additional £15 if we are shipping overseas (i.e. non UK). If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and we will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. No items will be despatched until payment has been received. although we will ship product on receipt of a cheque following a telephone call of conformation of the mailing address. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your details and information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. Note; we do not accept credit cards at this but intend to in the near future. Guarantee In addition to your statutory rights, all products from Kitek can be returned for a complete refund or credit note within 15 days from the original date of receipt. Customers must call and obtain a Returned Goods Authorisation Number and quote their invoice number to allow us to process a return promptly and efficiently.
